Cookies

Yum to infinity. These chocolate chip cookies are soft and chewy in the middle while having a slight crunch to the outside. Plus, the quinoa flour they are made with adds a hint of nuttiness without the actual nuts for those allergic. Not to mention the quinoa adding a good amount of protein to these gems. Does a treat get any better?
