We bake a lot of cupcakes, mainly of the mini persuasion.  They are always vegan and always cute.  Plus, the variety of flavors is always growing.  Not to mention they are the perfect size for little hands.  Currently we feature the following:

Virgin Mojito - Mint cupcake base topped with Lime frosting
Chocolate Espresso - Chocolate cupcake with ground espresso beans 
topped with espresso frosting.  Sinful?
Lemonade - Lemon to the max!  Fresh squeezed lemon juice 
and zest make this cupcake trick your
tongue in thinking it is always summer.
Coconut Lime - Lime cupcake base with shredded 
coconut and topped with a coconut frosting.
Fauxstess - We think this is even better than the original. 
 Ginger Lemon - A ginger spice base with lemony frosting 
and topped with candied ginger pieces.  Tangy!
Snickerdoodle - Cinnamon goodness.
Mexican Hot Chocolate - A little cayenne pepper and cinnamon
make chocolate cupcakes even more irresistible.
